Botched Baptism

This past Easter Vigil an adult woman was baptized. At the critical moment Father baptized her in the “Name of the Father and the Son,” omitting “and the Holy Spirit.” I wasn’t the only one present who noticed this. I haven’t had the gumption to say anything to Father. Should I?

Dear ferd,

The baptism is not valid. You need to notify the pastor. It would be good to have the names of the others (at least some of them) who witnessed the problem and contact info. to present to him as well.
