Bowing during doxology--when?

A recent question asked about the origin of bowing during the doxology. I’ve never been in a parish where that is done. The only profound bow is during the Creed. Is our parish in the wrong? Or is the doxology bow done only in certain diocese?

Hi,

I should have mentioned in my answer that bowing for the doxology is done when the Liturgy of the Hours is celebrated in common. At the end of each Psalm, the people stand and bow for the doxology.
