I checked around several sources.I do not believe this to be a sign of the end times. If it is, then so be it. But I will believe in the signs of the end times when our Lord, Jesus Christ, returns. Until that day I refuse to get caught up in guessing at when the world is ending. It is not for us to know.
As for the oil in Alaska, I’m assuming you’re referring to ANWR? Geological studies have shown that it does not contain enough to help with our current situation. By the time we are able to get to it and to refine it, costs will rise by more than it would save us at the pump simply due to inflation.
Add to that the fact that the oil we do get from Alasks is shale oil, and thus more difficult and expensive to refine, and you begin to see why we would rather use oil from other sources.
The only part about it that bothers me is that we export almost 40 percent of the oil we do produce here in the United States. Anybody see a problem with that?
As near as I can tell, all of your information is totally erroneous. So, if you believe it to be correct, please provide sources. If the situation is as you describe it, then you shouldn’t have any problem providing copious backup for your statements.
