Why Marriage cannot last long? Why It breaks often?

The world which we are living in is perverse. Only the beauty can save the world. The Christian Marriage is the beauty which can save the world. We may not be able to comprehend this fact but the evil one clearly knows about it. Hence we see it attacks the Christian Marriage first and rest of the destruction follows automatically.

I’m pretty sure it’s the gospel which can save the world, not marriage.

Hi, Thanks for the reply. I sincerely agree with you. But I am not here talking about simple marriage but a Christian Marriage wherein it is surely the fruit of the gospel. Today’s world needs to see the sign that even in front of the suffering the world imposes, it is the Christian who sustains it all and is not scandalize front of the even. When the sign appears in the marriage concretely it surely creates an impact in the society. Why do you think Jesus Christ identifies himself in a family but not just a family but a Holy Family of Nazareth. Because today people need to see that it is God who is the author of life. The same thing happened with the Holy Family of Nazareth. Joseph gave first place to God the Father, Mary gave the first place to God the Father & Jesus himself gave the first place to God the Father. Hence it was called the Holy Family of Nazareth. This is the Christian Family who gives first place to God rather than the idols of the world. Front of the situation of the world the other family sees clearly how the Christian Family attitude towards the situation and this is the sign to the world that to keep God in the first place. I not tell that you start acting (your own efforts) by your own self to behave that you give first preference to God but on the contrary you cannot give first place to God but will naturally will lean on the idols of the world, the securities of the world. But the fact is that it is God who gives the Spirit to love him since it is He who loved you first. Ok, why this long topic, is because we are unable to identify what concretely saves the world but the devil is cunning and intelligence and he exactly knows the truth the Christian Family which is the Holy Family of Nazareth which is the beauty which saves the world and since he knows it he has been constantly attacking it to destroy it. Pray over it & God will reveal it to you. Peace be to you. Christ is Risen. He is truly risen, alleluia

How can the gospel reach out to the people if not from the fruits of the Christian Marriage. The vocations springs forth from the Christian Marriage. The holy priests, religious order, bishops, the devote laity come from the Christian Marriage. Imagine if there is no Christian Marriage, think about the situation of the world. Who would bring & show the love of God to the coming generation? The plan of the devil is to destroy the institute of Marriage itself. Jesus Christ identifies himself in the Catholic Church which is the Sacrament of Salvation to this world. Imagine if there no Christians then the Church would cease to be since the members who are brothers & sisters make the Church which is the living body of Christ and if there are no brothers and sisters in the Church who believe then it is anarchy. Christ identifies himself with the Christian when St. Paul is in a mission to destroy Christians, Christ appears to him on the way to Damascus and says Paul Paul who are you persecuting me. St. Paul is confused saying Lord when did I persecute you. Jesus replies when you persecute Christian then you are persecuting me. Christ identifies himself with the Christians. It is like when you touch a Christian you touch Christ.

The world would end up in anarchy. This is very serious.

I understand what you are saying and I think you are right about Christian marriage and the family. Why would God send his son to be part of a family unless he wanted to acknowledge and bless the family. And acknowledge and bless humankind by Jesus being born as one of us, God’s greatest creation (some might argue that point…) I wish more people understood how important it is–the Christian family–especially to the children… and to all of us.

Indeed, the Catechism tells us of the importance of marriage, family, and home:
The Domestic Church

1655 Christ chose to be born and grow up in the bosom of the holy family of Joseph and Mary. The Church is nothing other than “the family of God.” From the beginning, the core of the Church was often constituted by those who had become believers “together with all [their] household.” When they were converted, they desired that “their whole household” should also be saved. These families who became believers were islands of Christian life in an unbelieving world.

1656 In our own time, in a world often alien and even hostile to faith, believing families are of primary importance as centers of living, radiant faith. For this reason the Second Vatican Council, using an ancient expression, calls the family the Ecclesia domestica. It is in the bosom of the family that parents are “by word and example… the first heralds of the faith with regard to their children. They should encourage them in the vocation which is proper to each child, fostering with special care any religious vocation.”

1657 It is here that the father of the family, the mother, children, and all members of the family exercise the priesthood of the baptized in a privileged way “by the reception of the sacraments, prayer and thanksgiving, the witness of a holy life, and self-denial and active charity.” Thus the home is the first school of Christian life and “a school for human enrichment.” Here one learns endurance and the joy of work, fraternal love, generous—even repeated—forgiveness, and above all divine worship in prayer and the offering of one’s life.

1658 We must also remember the great number of single persons who, because of the particular circumstances in which they have to live—often not of their choosing—are especially close to Jesus’ heart and therefore deserve the special affection and active solicitude of the Church, especially of pastors. Many remain without a human family, often due to conditions of poverty. Some live their situation in the spirit of the Beatitudes, serving God and neighbor in exemplary fashion. The doors of homes, the “domestic churches,” and of the great family which is the Church must be open to all of them. “No one is without a family in this world: the Church is a home and family for everyone, especially those who ‘labor and are heavy laden.’”
