John Elway sold out a pro-Christian athlete like Tim Tebow for the sake of a championship. Hope the Legion of Boom takes Manning’s head off…😃
 
Broncos will win. Peyton Manning has never played better. Seahawks QB is a newbie and will undoubtedly suffer from the overwhelming importance of the Super Bowl (in the mind of athletes, that is.)

I have always been a Peyton Manning fan. He’s a very good role model and is good for the sport of football. He is intelligent, articulate and talented and is still humble. He’s a winner!

And who wouldn’t take Peyton Manning over Tim Tebow?

The Broncos will win because very few people realize Denver’s defense has played just as well as Seattle’s defense during the playoffs. And against better offenses. Denver’s defense has only given up a half a point more per game, and has allowed fewer yards than Seattle.

So defenses being fairly equal, Seattle’s offense cannot come close to Denver’s offense.
 
Broncos. By a lot. Way more than people think. Seattle has a good defense but is it better than denver’s offense? Is seattle’s offense with a baby QB going to be able to put up ANY points?

I think they’re going to run away with it. Seattle’s won some close games to put their record where it’s at. Denver seems solid.
 
Broncos, easy choice.

Peyton is one of my favorite players in football, and Pete Carroll is one of my least favorite, if you include coaches/owners/etc.

Actually, you just described Russell Wilson. This is the Seahawk’s year. They are going to win because they are the better team. Does anyone think the Patriots are remotely as good as the 49rs?

Broncos haven’t played a defense this good, and they barely got by New England, 4 field goals? I don’t see it. This will be two years in a row the best defense wins the Superbowl.

I also believe “if” this occurs the NFL and NFL teams will be rethinking the game plans. Next year they will handcuffing the defense. 😃

Broncos haven’t played a defense that good?

How about the Seahawks have never played an offense that good! We are talking NFL record breaking offense. More TD passes than any team in HISTORY!

And not to mention that it won’t be in seahawk country so the 12th man and his stadium won’t be there to save the seahawks.

I saw Peyton draw a team in the playoffs offsides 6 different times on 6 different players! If he is healthy for the whole game, Seahawks do not stand a chance.
I have a side bet with someone that willson end up on his back more times than peyton. In the AFC championship game he was not touched once by New England. Not once.

The field goal kicker won the last game not Manning. And they have not only a legend QB, the best offensive line money can buy and great receivers. BUT…they kicked 4- field goals with all that? 🤷

Its gonna be nice out tomorrow, which is great, we don’t want to hear the “wind” excuses for Peytons interceptions 😃

My thought too; and I’ve lived in the Denver area for 40+ years. 😉

We are specifically going to Sunday evening mass so I don’t have to gag on the ocean of Orange. It should be during the 2nd quarter and halftime so my hope is even the band… err… choir will stay home.
 
I’ll go Broncos, because Denver was the first place I’d ever been to overseas so it’s kinda special for that… and although I don’t watch NFL I got myself a Broncos t-shirt to wear back home… all my old colleagues in Lakewood would be super excited right now 🙂
 
I hope the Seahawks wins. That way we get free stuff lol.
 
Go Broncos! I’m mostly a Giants/Steelers fan, but I’m a fan of the Manning brothers so I hope Peyton does well.
