Please pray that my brother has a peaceful death. He has been ill for sometime and today they are stopping some heart medication and they do not expect him to last long. He will be leaving a loving wife and and a 9 year old son … as well as his mother, several siblings and family. His name is Erick and he’s 52.

I ask Your presence and comfort for the family, his wife and son, his mother and all his siblings in their great loss of his presence among them. Please help the family through, and ensure the welfare of his wife and son. Help his son to have a good future.

All our hope we put in You; protect your servant Erick from all evil. We submit to Your will and into Your hands we commend our souls and bodies. For a Christian end to our lives, peaceful, without shame and suffering, and for a good account before the awesome judgment seat of Christ, we pray to you O Lord. Bless us, be merciful to us and grant us life eternal. Amen.

We beg of you to allow Erick a peaceful death. Take him into your kingdom Father. Hold up his family during this difficult time and give them the peace we should all feel at the passing of a loved one from this life into eternal life. May they all remember the beautiful time they have spent together and realize that the best times have yet to be seen.
