Brother won't baptize new baby. How should our Catholic family best respond?

My brother, when asked when he would baptize his new baby, responded “we don’t go to church, so doing it just to do it is pretty forced. We’ll have to see if we can find something meaningful to us.” How do we respond without offending or being pushy? He was raised Catholic so this is a surprise to the rest of our family.
