Brown Scapular Confraternity

I am a Secular Franciscan and therefore I recite the 7 joys of Mary(Crown)rosary that consists of 7 decades versus the traditional 5 decades. I have been doing the 7 decades for years. However this month I was enrolled in the Brown Scapular confraternity. I tried searching for answers online but to no avail'
My question is being I recite the Crown-7 decade is that sufficient to meet the requirement of reciting the rosary in conjunction to the Brown Scapular or am I to recite the 5 decade which would mean my reciting both the 5 decade and the 7 decade or am I only permitted to recite the 5 decade rosary?

I tried looking that up online, but with no success (on Duckduckgo anyway).
One thought: At least you are sticking to a prayerful life, which is what my understanding of the Brown Scapular to be about. When I was enrolled almost thirty years ago I remember being told that ideally we were to pray the Little Office of the Blessed Virgin daily, but the Rosary could be substituted if neccessary.
The best thing to do of course is to find a traditional priest for better information. LIGHTBULB! I just thought of this as I typed. Does the confraternity have a website? I'll check in a bit..
