There are some people who believe that salvation is guaranteed by wearing the Brown Scapular which is a terrible superstition and perhaps in some cases,a fatal error.(I do wear the Brown Scapular as a beloved sacramental that "excites’ me into devotion.I also wear it in Hope and because it pleases my Mother and her Son.
)Do those who profess that they are saved once having recited the Sinner’s Prayer,or by simple acknowledgement that Christ died for one’s sins, also fall prey to superstition and perhaps fatal error?
