To get the graces of wearing a Brown Scapular, you must pray the Divine Office daily…

Does this mean all of the prayers?

Matins (during the night, at midnight with some); also called Vigils or Nocturns or, in monastic usage, the Night Office
Lauds or Dawn Prayer (at Dawn, or 3 a.m.)
Prime or Early Morning Prayer (First Hour = approximately 6 a.m.)
Terce or Mid-Morning Prayer (Third Hour = approximately 9 a.m.)
Sext or Midday Prayer (Sixth Hour = approximately 12 noon)
None or Mid-Afternoon Prayer (Ninth Hour = approximately 3 p.m.)
Vespers or Evening Prayer (“at the lighting of the lamps”, generally at 6 p.m.)
Compline or Night Prayer (before retiring, generally at 9 p.m.)

If I’m not mistaken, one just has to pray when they can, but at least once (preferably at least 3x) per day. I don’t think every one of the prayers is required. It may not be possible for some individuals because of their state in life. But I could be wrong…

I used to do them but i was finding that it was too much for me at this present moment. all you have to do is the Prime and vespairs and they take about 30 min each to do.

You mean Lauds and Vespers? Prime was suppressed when the Divine Office was revised after Vatican II.

Matins and Vespers with one other, often the Office of Readings (revised) or Compline (traditional), according to my understanding.

What I do is, I kiss the Brown Scapular to receive the Indulgence that you get from it when you do,and than I tell Our Lady, that I wear it because, of the promise she said,that all that wear it tell they die,shall be protected from the internal fires of Hell.
