I received this via inter-library loan yesterday and a third of the way through. Budziszewski writes well and thinks clearly. Has anyone else here read this book?

I have, and I really enjoyed it. I may read his other books someday when I have time.

I read another of his books a few years ago. It was more academic. This one is more accessible to a wide audience. I think this is an important claim—that people really do “know better”—because it shapes the way one discusses moral issues with those who disavow traditional morality.
