Probably since because some more churches might withdraw too. Many of their requests seem reasonable to me, but Constantinople doesn’t want to budge it seems. The Pope of Georgia had already made similar complaints, and until recently there was worry that Antioch would not be present. The Church of Greece has also had trouble finding willing metropolitans to attend, according to some reports at least. There is a lot of resistance.Does this mean that it is kind of a failure before it even started?
There is a lot that is wrong with how this is being organised. Historically, we have never had a council for the sake of having a council before. Limiting how many bishops each Church can send is also unheard of.Does this mean that it is kind of a failure before it even started?
