**Bullying
**
Bullying of others is currently a major problem we face;
People use cruelty to try to uplift their own prideful place;
But really hurt others around them and their inner selves also
Choosing pride and evil over loving and bringing much woe.
Bullies are people using power to booster their inner pride
Usually by putting someone else down hurting them inside,
But can include physical violence, abuse, and demeaning,
Both to the victims themselves and to people surrounding.
Bullying occurs on playground, workplace, and in many groups,
Affects the young and the old, often forcing people to jump hoops.
Bullies think they are better than their victims in a particular way
And get their frills and jollies by abusing their victims with cruelty.
Cruel gossip about the victims with others is also bullying indeed,
Affecting how the victims are viewed, mistreated, and disrespected
By those who heard and were influenced by the gossip most cruel,
Whether at the workplace, retirement home, playground, or school.
The opposite of bullying with abuse is to love all those around you,
Using your power to assist with their needs and inspire them too,
Caring for their overall well-being and being a good and loyal friend
Seeking to do God’s holy will and bring them to a Heavenly end.
Pray for the bullies that they grow out of their pride and cruelty,
For the victims that they heal from the bullies’ abuse interiorly
And find good people that treat them with love and respect truly,
And that all people come to see just how harmful bullying can be.
