Bulgarian Orthodox Church recognises Simeon Saxe-Coburg, who is currently a prime minister of the country, as king by origin and anointed, while his office as chief of government is by duty.
Speaking to bTV private channel, Russe Metropolitan Bishop Neofit reminded that Simeon had never officially announced he was abdicating.
