But I don't want to quit smoking... Prayers please

I would appreciate prayers for my need to quit smoking. I do not want to stop this habit. However, I do have issues with my throat and it’s worrying me.
I would appreciate a few prayers about this matter.

I understand! I didn’t want to quit smoking either, but with lots of prayer & white-knuckling, I did - over 25 years ago.

I’ll pray for your willingness to quit.
 
Don’t quit if you don’t want to. Don’t be healthy if you don’t want to be.
I will share this with you: I come from a large family. My mother, father, two brothers one sister are gone due to smoking. A couple others are passengers on the same train. Lung or throat cancer is not a picnic you want to be invited to. It is just a question of time before the conductor comes along and ask to see their tickets. So don’t stop smoking if you don’t want to. Stop for the sake of your family or buy good life insurance and do prepaid final arrangements. Pay off all your debts so that you don’t get off the train at the wrong station. You actually can stop if it is important to you and your family. Prayers are always good, but so is action. Praying for you.

I’m praying for you. You have to want to stop; that’s the first step. Remember the woman who had the blood problem? she was healed after she touched Jesus’ garment. You have to do the same thing and take a step of faith. May the Lord help you fight this habit.
