Buy in a haunted neighborhood?

I am quite sure demonic activity does exist, and the Church has a remedy for people troubled in this way. I am also quite sure that human sin and evil and trouble-making is far more prevalent and 90 % of such experiences can be ascribed to plain old fashioned sin–one’s own lifestyle or someone else’s whether friend, family member, or enemy. There was famous “haunted house” in our neighborhood and we kids begged our parents to move there when they were looking for a new house, and were very envious of the kid who actually did live there.
 
Do you anticipate moving ever? If so, regardless of whether or not you believe it’s haunted, if the reputation is still there your resale value will be pretty low.
