Douay-Rheims is great even if the language is dated. You get used to it after reading for a bit.
 
I prefer the RSVCE over NAB. Last night I was reading a chapter out loud to my family and found the NAB easy to read but lacking. I read the same chapter out of RSVCE and found that the passage made more sense.
