So,

This sight has been distracting and allowed me to become snippy, rude, and agressive, none of these are good.

So I just sent of a letter to the Forum Admin asking to “permanently resign”, it’s done, I should be gone soon.

Thanks you to all the lovely people here, I think you know who you are:p , to the not so nice people, please seperate the beleiver from the ideology you don’t like.

I hadn’t notice that he was snippy and rude. Oh, well. This artificial communication is not particularly satisfying on many levels. I sometimes wonder why I post.

I have wondered why I do it too. I have taken breaks from time to time as well. I will miss Ivan. Like you, I never took him for rude or snippy. He was an excellent foil for nearly any argument.
 
When I saw your name, I was tempted to change for Alyocha Karamazov. And then I wondered if it would fit me well… And with this name I use I seem to do just fine, so why not keep it? Like ralphinal, I usually enjoyed your (name removed by moderator)ut. You’ll be missed, i think…

It is a good thing that you have realized that; however, not because you acted the way you think you acted on one forum, it would be the same for other forums on this website. Why not try out different one instead the one where you had heated debates? 🙂

It’s a running joke from, mainly, ‘secular news’ and has to do with the struggle for the rights of homegrown, hand crafted genuine European paranoias against mass-produced, cola culture, high cholesterol, American paranoias.

Or, to cut a long story short, when the routine American rightist ‘Muslims in Europe’ scare stories are posted, a couple of us Europeans have been pointing out that it’s actually Eastern Europeans who are flooding into Western Europe.

Anyway, ‘Ivan’ liked joining in the fun.
