There was a Ukrainian prayer book, that followed in this light, *Divine Office: Horologion - Octoechos - Triodion - Menaion *. It was published by the Ukrainian Catholic Eparchy of Stamford in 2003 and is now out of print.

As you can see, I’ve dedicated a bit of time to searching for such books. With BDW, one could find it for skyhigh prices while it was out of print; the latter book has just dropped off all radars. But it’d never hurt to keep your eye out for it, even if you got BDW, which is valuable either way.
