really feel tempted to print the document out and snail-mail it to a certain person who presumably doesn’t even know who I am. Should I even bother? I’ve been praying every day that the person in question will someday convert to Catholicism, the one true faith. In any case, the document can be read by clicking

Personally, I would caution against it as it could backfire dreadfully and drive them away. If I received that page anonymously, I would be puzzled, then angry because someone who does not know my soul is judging me unkindly, and then I would suffer anguish at judging someone else and harboring anger in my heart, separating me from God. Whatever the intent, sending something like that anonymously can be considered cowardly. The potential spiritual damage to me, if I received something anonymously on a Sunday (after mass) would be 6 days of anguish, followed by a very long period in the Sacrament of Reconciliation on the following Saturday.
You do not say whether the person in question is a member of another faith or church. If they are, they are on their own journey of faith and God will lead them to where He wants them to be, and they have the free will to accept or reject. If not, this may really get their back up and close their hearts and minds.
Maybe God is calling you to pray, trust in Him, humbly attend to your own journey of faith and avoid being or seen to be a Pharisee. Those who lead others to the Church, rarely do so anonymously, it is through talking & listening, writings or the way they live their lives. God calls them to be witnesses and not hide in the shadows.
Other than praying, another sound option is to talk with your priest and be guided by his counsel.
