Start me up - Rolling Stones cover dedicated to the five year old thread. ❤️❤️
 
I’m going to try to keep these to actual songs that could be somehow linked to common threads (not necessarily in order of how to listen to them):
  • “Resurrection by Erection” by Powerwolf - Masturbation and sex threads that give way too many details (if the title is a bit much, let me know and I’ll remove this one)
  • “The Threat is Real” by Megadeth - All the conspiracy theory threads and comments
  • “The End of Innocence” by Symphony X - Threads and comments about how we’re living in a time of such unprecedented evil that the end is certainly near
  • “Faith” by Ghost - All the anti-V2 stuff (a lot of that seems to be leaking out lately)
  • “Judas at the Opera” by Edguy - Any LGBT-related thread
  • “Can Do It” by Helloween - Threads related to RCIA or coming back to the Church (yeah, not all of these are me taking jabs at annoying trends)
  • “Celebrate” by Kool & The Gang - When those people in RCIA join the Church
  • “Don’t Go Away Mad (Just Go)” by Motley Crue - All the “I’m leaving the Church” threads
  • “Ravenhead” by Orden Ogan - I’m pretty sure there’s some people around here who think that this song is about liberal cities and/or tech companies
  • “I Walk Beside You” by Dream Theater - Any thread seeking encouragement during tough times or temptation
  • “A Cleansing Prayer” by Vials of Wrath - Offering up prayers in all the prayer threads
  • “Mirror of Souls” by Theocracy - Any testimonial thread (granted, the song is very Protestant, but it’s still the closest I can think of)
  • “The Last Stand” by Sabaton - Threads referencing great deeds done by Catholics

Unfortunately, try as I might, I wasn’t able to think of anything for what tends to go on in the Philosophy subforum. Maybe “Anthem of Life” by Kamelot or “The Great Mystery” by Avantasia. Even “The Seven Angels” by Avantasia would do, but those are more songs addressing philosophy in general, not anything unique to this forum.

A secret hidden bonus track in the negative space between empty tracks so that the only way to get there is to skip ahead past the ten blank tracks and then fast forward 15 minutes.

I actually have a CD that put a bonus track in such a place. It’s pretty annoying when listening to on CD.

Well, the original included organ but was replaced by tambourines before the song went out of style.

Protestant husband used to like to sing this one around the house to mess with me while I’d be throwing a pillow at him or something.
Probably is how a lot of non-Catholics see us though.
