Can anyone recommend either a good book, calender or general resource that has all the (major) Feast days, and that notes the beginning and end of the Catholic Holidays?

I’m not sure what you mean by that last part, but the geek in me 🤓 recommends:

cal-catholic.el for all your emacs needs, or

Romcal for a general C program.

Caveat: I know both of them are good in the US. I know they have had problems with the UK, where there are some weird rules about translating holy days.

Most Catholic Churches give them out this time of the year - ours did on the Feast of the Immaculate Conception, and now there are some sitting in the back of the Church for people to take.
