What is the tradition of Holy Qurbono? Does the Body of Christ look unleavend and dipped in his Blood as I have read? Why is this historically?

I’ll make this easy as possible.
The Holy Qorbono is what we call our “mass” as that is what Roman Catholics call it.
Qorbono Means Offering or Sacrafice.
The Body of Christ is always dipped in the Blood.
Why is it so historically? I’m not sure I just became Maronite on Auguest 21.
