Calling all who want to stop the sins of impurity

THE SINS OF IMPURITY PACT
I am creating a sort of pact where people who want to stop sins of impurity(masturbation, pornography, homosexuality, etc) can just answer saying they will join…By joining you make a promise to stop these sins( and of course we all slip up but try as hard as possible) and you will also pray for all those in the pact and all those who struggle with these sins. Remeber there is stength in numbers so together we can defeat satan and all his hate. I encourge all who struggle to join.

I can offer a couple of advices from my personal experience

1. realize that you can’t fight this problem on your OWN, you must ask God to help you, so spend much time in prayer.
2. locate what triggers your impure actions and to whatever you can to avoid them. For me it was internet porn , so i got an internet filter software, and asked my friend to put a password on the program so i can’t uninstall it - things got a lot easier for me after that
3. don’t obsess about your problem, the more you think about it, the more impure thoughts you may get, just try to go throught the day without constantly thinking about it
4. don’t get discouraged if you happen to fall, go to conffession and try again

I hope that i helped a litlle.

I struggle periodically. I guess like an alcoholic might go on a binge; then stay sober for months at a time. Sometimes I don’t think about it all; at other times, it’s all I can think about.
