Bold statement. Perhaps @KMG is raising a future Cardinal or Pope and is influencing future decisions from the comfort of home… 😉

@Don_Ruggero

Thank you for taking the time to answer people’s objections in this thread Father, even though it is frustrating for you. There are lots of anonymous people who visit these forums and it is good to have your voice.

You are very welcome, @TK421. It is actually for the reader who does not register that I primarily write.

Actually it was the American bishop’s disobedience that was and still is spiritually dangerous to Catholics. I advise you watch Michael Davies on the Firing Line with Msgr. Champlin

And most times those concerns raised by the laity are because they feel scandalized.

If they are wrong or worried without reason they should be counseled in a charitable manner rather than be sternly told to shut up by clergy with no time for those they place below themselves.

Yah. I don’t know I have become more of a traditionalist. I began going to the EF and don’t get me wrong I go to the OF all the time but my belief in reverence has just changed. I only will receive on my knees and on tongue now and just don’t like many of the new "things ". Just my preference. I really like the altar railing. I wish it never went away for the most part.
