Hello, I desire to convert to Catholicism fully, I was baptized in a Catholic church as a child, but my family was not very much religious at all, even anti-religious, and did it as an tradition. I have had a big interest in religions as a teenager, and I have come to terms that everything the Roman church teaches is true, after plenty of reading and horrible apostatizing before. So of course I wanted to get sacraments and participate in the church’s life, but I cannot as I cannot confess because priests would not let me without formal catechesis period, and it has certaintly been tough to live without the Church, especially with the whole corona business now, but we have no two “cycles” so to speak in my country, RCIA only begins in autumn, and it was too late for me to join.
Can I properly confess my sins to God (I really desire to do it through a priest) and then do Spiritual Communion?

Yes. As you should.

Confessing to God and spiritual communion are a means to receive grace without receiving a sacrament. The sacraments are reserved for those in communion with the Church, but grace is free, and for all!

I’m not quite sure I understand what you mean by the cycles here, but RCIA isn’t the appropriate path for you (usually) - although it wouldn’t hurt. You’re already Catholic; you just need to catch up on sacramental preparation. Speak with your priest and/or Director of Religious Education once the virus restrictions are lifted. They may have an alternate path for you.
