Can a Catholic attend a Mason's funeral?

No, it is not wrong for a Catholic to attend a Mason’s funeral. Assuming the Catholic is there as a guest to pay his respects to the deceased and to the family, and is not there to worship in a manner that contradicts the Catholic faith, he may certainly attend such a funeral. If he likes, he may then arrange with his own parish or with a religious community to have Masses said for the repose of his friend’s soul.
