YES.
When we became Catholic God did not remove our free will .
Living the Catholic Faith is purely a voluntary act of the Will, on purpose, guided by THE FAITH Jesus Christ once entrusted to the Apostles.
Whether the Pope dies, takes a nap, or goes on vacation…(Jesus was once asleep in the Boat during a storm)
Catholics can and ofted do… leave the faith, come back, etc.
But THE FAITH never goes away.
There are other things we may believe if we want to but we know that Jesus set in place **ONE FAITH, ONE BODY, ONE HOPE **Given to all by our calling through which we may be saved
sorta like when THE ARK carried the passengers safely through THE FLOOD regardless of what Noah was doing.
No matter where our Papa is, no matter where I am, The Holy Spirit guides us both through The Faith, The Catechism, the magisterium our obeying to ONE ACCORD.
along The New Living Path.
God, bless all the Catholics,
The Catholic “wanna-bees”, and
The Catholic “don’t-wanna-bees”
