Can a Catholic happily marry a Baptist?

I am still a young adult Catholic but I have been in a relationship with a Baptist for a while now. But, I still feel it is too soon to be pressuring him with a ton of religious questions. I am just wondering what the main differences between Catholic and Baptists are and also if it is capable to have a happy healthy marriage with a Baptist? How do we decide how the children are raised? Thank you!!
