Can a Catholic man marry a pagan woman?

I have been seeing a pagan, Wiccan to be exact, woman for almost five years now and I can safely say that I love her. I would like to marry her in the future. However, she is adamant about not converting to the Catholic faith and I want our family to be a traditional Catholic family. She is fine with me raising the children, when we have them, Catholic but she also wants to teach them her ways. What should I do?
