Can a Catholic participate in a Seder dinner?

Hello,

I am a cradle Catholic and am very good friends with a Jewish family. Every year at Passover they invite me to their Seder meal. I always attend and participate. Is this okay? I always thought since Jesus celebrated the Passover it would be okay. Please let me know.
