Regarding North Korea as a good country is stupid…but not america? How many wars have “we” started in the last two decades? Obviously the majority of people living here aren’t responsible, but our government and higher ranking officers of our military have so much blood on their hands they have hell to answer for (literally). North Korea’s government is an affront to peace in the region and Kim Jong Un (sp) is questionably mentally unstable, but what about obama? He has no problem with killing children in the womb no matter how old they are. I always get put off by americans who speak ill of other countries when our very own country is the 21st century version of nazi germany.
Interesting, I get put off by people who claim the US is Nazi Germany based on their rather vague education on the Nazis and what they did. I assume you can cite where the US is doing the following-
-suspended the Constitution and the rule of law
-military and government employees swearing personal allegiance to the President
-creation of a national indoctrination policy
-creation of a secret police force (and no I’m not refering to undercover law enforcement agents)
-utilization of the populace to inform on those who don’t follow the party line
-a private military belonging to the ruling political party
-voter intimidation (as in “vote for X or we’ll send you to the hospital”)
-forced sterilization of the mentally ill, “non-pure”, and other “undesirables”
-creation of concentration camps for said “undesirables” and “non-pure” citizens
-seizing of property of, imprisonment of, and acts of violence against said “undesirables” and “non-pure” citizens by government employees and citizens without said individuals having any protections of the law
-use of slave labor
-violation of international arms control agreements
-invasion of other countries for territorial gain
-near deification of the President
-the switch to fascism (according to the actual definition, not the buzz word definition used by TV and radio "talking heads)
-a one party political system
As for the number of wars the US has started in the last two decades, that would be 1, Iraq; and given the acts of war Iraq committed against US aircraft enforcing UN sanctions, Iraq’s violation of said sanctions (with the help of France, Germany, and Russia), and Iraq’s violation of international law concerning WMDs (yes, Iraq had WMDs) it could be argued that we’ve started 0. But that aside, please tell me how this has any bearing on a discussion concerning North Korea.
