Such an arrangement would have to be approved by the bishop of the diocese in which the wedding takes place. It is theoretically possible but highly doubtful that a bishop would approve of such an arrangement since nuptial Masses are supposed to take place in a Catholic church. You can call the diocese to find out the stance of the bishop on such arrangements.
Ordinarily, if a Catholic is marrying a non-Catholic and the couple does not wish to marry in a Catholic church, a bishop will be approached to grant two dispensations: one for the Catholic to marry the non-Catholic, and the second for the wedding to take place outside of the Catholic ritual of marriage. If the couple wants the Catholic rite of marriage, then the wedding – which can either be a nuptial Mass or a nuptial liturgy outside of a Mass – ordinarily takes place in a Catholic church.
