Can a Catholic wedding take place on a week day?

good afternoon,
I have a friend of mine who wants to know if she should only look at weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) for the wedding ceremony in the church? She and her fiancé are lukewarm Catholics and even before scheduling their interview date with the Parish priest they want to know if the Church has any rules about week days weddings.

While there might be particular reasons regarding a specific parish’s availability on certain days, weddings can indeed take place on weekdays.
