Can a divorced, now civilly remarried, join the Church?

I am a divorced male married for 30+ years to a non practicing Roman Catholic. First wife deceased. Can we get married (re-married) in the Church, or do I need to apply for nullity of the previous marriage and will I have to convert to Catholicism first?
 
Marriage is “until death does us part.” When you first wife passed away the marriage bond ceased to exist. From that point forward you are free to marry in the Church. If you and your wife are civilly married then you simply need to ask your local parish priest for a validation of your marriage. Its a relatively simple process and then you exchange your vows. You do not need to convert, only one party needs to be Catholic.
