Can a FSSP priest say the Ordinary Form?

I have heard of many priests who celebrated the ordinary form and learned the extraordinary form, but not the other way around. Is it possible for a priest who is ordained in a society like the fssp or icksp to celebrate the novus ordo? Thanks in advance.
 
Anyone who is validly ordained a priest and has faculties can licitly say the Ordinary form of the Mass.
Whether they would do so would depend upon the priest and the circumstances. Obviously, members of the FSSP have a special Apostolate and dedication to the Extraordinary form of the Mass.
