Can a laicized priest still practice?

Can a priest that’s been defrocked or laicized still legitimately say the Divine Office and perform anointing of the sick though no longer lead a parish? I thought they could due to the mark left on their soul during ordination. That all priestly actions he did as a defrocked priest would be illicit but valid. Am I correct?

When a priest is laicized, he receives laicization papers that explicitly state what he may and may not do. Generally speaking, a laicized priest may no longer act as a priest at all, including ordinarily no longer dispensing the sacraments. In a life-or-death emergency, he may baptize or grant absolution to a dying person, but that’s about it. Indeed, in many cases, laicization papers often restrict a laicized priest from engaging in lay ministries in a parish or diocese.
