I don’t think Pope is an official title. The official title is Bishop of Rome as I recall.
The official title is “‘Bishop of Rome, Vicar of Jesus Christ, Successor of Saint Peter, Head of the College of Bishops, Supreme Pontiff of the Universal Church, Patriarch of the West,* Primate of Italy, Archbishop and Metropolitan of the Roman Province, Sovereign of the State of the Vatican City, Servus Servorum Dei, Pope _______”

*(this title was recently removed from the papal list of titles by the reigning pope, Benedict XVI)

Just for fun 🙂

I don’t think so
Vote must be from the college of Cardinals, and in 1918, when Pope Benedict XV reformed the Code of Canon Law, canon 351 states that a Cardinal must at least be a priest

The Cardinals can vote for any baptized Catholic male, provided he can be ordained if elected.
