It’s possible, yes, because an annulment is a declaration that what appeared to have been a sacramental marriage was not and that no sacramental marriage took place. I don’t know if there are recorded instances of such men being accepted into a seminary, but I do know of women who have sought annulments so that they would be free to enter the consecrated religious life.
