Can a marriage between a Catholic and a non-Christian be a sacramental marriage?

Our marriage was always valid (proper dispensation) but not sacramental until he was baptized. Now it’s automatically a sacrament. Although, just to appease my human self I wish there was something, a ceremony or whatever, that’s more visual instead of just knowing our marriage is now a sacrament.

Potentially yes.

The problem I see is that as a baptized Catholic, your girlfriend is bound by the laws of the Church and at the moment she is practicing them on a limited basis. The Catholic Church may have expectations of her that wouldn’t be the case if she had been baptized Methodist. Is she willing to become a fully initialized Catholic?
