My girlfriend whom I have been dating for 3 months is Methodist. We have talked extensively about the possibility of her becoming Catholic, and she is very open to the idea, but wonders if she could ever go to her old church with her family because she is very close to them. She not thinking of trying to still be a member of that church, just wondering if it would be permissible for her to go once in a while with her family to feel that connection with them. I wasn’t sure what to say, like would it be ok if she were to also attend a Catholic Mass or is it not allowed at all? Help please.
