Can a non-catholic bless themselves with holy water?

Can I (a non-catholic) dip my fingers in the Holy Water and make the sing of the Cross when leaving Mass if I was baptized in a protestant religion?
 
Yes.

The holy water fonts at the entrances of Catholic parishes are there to remind us of our baptism. As a validly baptized person you may certainly bless yourself with holy water to call to mind your own baptism.
