Can a non-Catholic participate in a Catholic baptism?

My wife is Catholic and I am not. My question is this: We are having a baby soon. Do I have to be Catholic to participate in the ceremony?
 
I presume you are asking whether a non-Catholic can participate in a Catholic baptism. The answer is yes. Your baptismal celebrant can explain the ceremony to you and explain to you your role in it as the child’s father.
