Can a parents name be removed from a baptism certificate?

A women would like the father of her daughters name removed from her baptism certificate because at the time of the baptism the father was of another faith and now the daughter is practicing that faith. Can this be done?

Once an entry is made into the sacramental records it is considered permanent unless it can be proven to be in error. The only exception to this is if the baptized becomes legally adopted by another, at that time the adoptive parents become the parents of record for the baptismal file.
