Can a pastor add a "parish creed" to the beginning of Mass?

My pastor just recently had new Mass response cards made, and it includes the Corpus Christi creed (my parish). This is now said at the beginning of Sunday Masses. Is this allowed? It does not replace the Nicene creed in the Mass,.
 
No, the pastor should not be adding creeds to the public liturgy on his own initiative, especially one that appears to have the congregants pledging belief in their geographical parish. I recommend sending one of these Mass response cards to the local bishop for his review.
