Can a person be a Mason and a full communion Catholic?

If I am serving as an extraordinary minister and a person comes to me to recieve communion and I know he is not only a Mason but an officer in the Masonic Temple am I to serve that person? I keep hearing on Catholic Radio that Catholics can not be masons.
