Can a priest celebrate Mass even after concelebrating?

On a regular weekday a priest is allowed to say mass once, twice on Sunday if necessary.
So my question is, if a priest concelebrates mass, is he allowed to officiate mass himself or is the mass “spent” along with the consecration?

Concelebration counts the same as celebration when it comes to the limits on how many Masses may be offered.

The law is actually worded so as to allow a priest to celebrate a second Mass at the permission of his ordinary or in cases of pastoral need, even on a weekday. And some Dioceses have a dispensation from Rome to allow the celebration of up to three masses per day, without asking the specific permission of the ordinary.

They’ve been countless times when I’ve celebrated twice on the same day and, as it happens, I’m going to be saying mass twice this Friday since it’s the Solemnity of the Sacred Heart (not a Holy Day of Obligation). There’s also been a few times when I’ve said three masses on a Sunday and the priest in one of my neighbouring parishes does this every Sunday. The reality for most priests is that they just do what has to be done. Amongst all of this, an extra concelebration is what happens sometimes for a whole variety of reasons. The only real restrictions arise in relation to mass stipends which is what the restrictions on multiple masses is aimed at curbing.
