Can a priest prevent your marriage based on your confession?

I was wondering if there were any reasons that a priest could keep you from marrying in the Church based on your confession? Note that there are no impediments between my fiance and I that would prevent us from being married.
 
A priest is not allowed to act upon information he gains during a sacramental confession. It is considered to be a violation of the seal of the confessional. If a priest is attempting to do so in your case, you should report this to your bishop immediately.
