Can a Protestant and Catholic get married in the Catholic Church?

I’d like your help to find out if a protestant single woman and a catholic single man can get married by the catholic church?

The protestant woman left the catholic surch but does have all the sacraments. She is Christian denomination but separated from the Catholic church. Can she take communion at the time of the wedding?
