Can a psychopath go to heaven?

A psychopath is basically someone who is incapable of love, has shallow emotions, and has no conscience. He is not able to love God or his neighbor. It is not his fault, psychopaths have slightly different brain structures that is a result of genetics and environment. Let’s not complicate this with outside factors… so he is intelligent enough to understand the difference between right and wrong on the intellectual level, but he can’t feel guilt or remorse over his actions. He is not one of the 0.1% of psychopaths that commit murder, rape, or an equivalent. It it possible for such a man to get into heaven? If not, why would God condemn a man that was created in such a way as to not be able to feel God’s love or able to feel convicted over sin? If so, how could the psychopath go to heaven?
